About Me…
One important lesson I’ve learned is not to try to be perfect. Instead, enjoy the moment, even with its imperfections. Laugh at yourself! It allows you to be your real and authentic self.
Over the past 20 years I’ve had the privilege to serve others by helping them identify their strengths, passions, and purpose. My passion is to educate on freedom, so that others can live a victorious life in power and truth.
2010: Co-founded Selah Freedom, a non-profit that helps survivors of human trafficking re-establish their lives.
2015: Founded Misty Stinson Ministries, a non-profit that provides guidance and coaching to individuals in need. We empower and educate those desiring to live a victorious life with power, truth, and purpose.
2018: Started Live In Freedom, LLC, a business that specializes in weight loss, health, nutrition, and coaching.
2022: Author of “JUST SHOW UP: A Journey with God to Hear His Voice and Experience the BIG & MORE”. My true-life story of my journey to find the MORE of God. When I became aware that I was not experiencing all of the relationship that was possible, I went on a journey to find the MORE.
2025: Misty Stinson Ministries established a community called Kingdom Living Stones. It is a discipleship group that offers Book Studies, Equipping Events, Weekly Online Topic Studies, and Monthly Soaking.
My heart…
I lived much of my life without truth and freedom. Once I was aware of the truth, I was able to bring freedom into every area of my life. Knowing now what I didn’t know years ago, makes me passionate to share what I have found with others. I don’t want anyone experiencing another day in any type of bondage or unawareness when there is a life of freedom waiting for them. I’m all about complete freedom in Body, Soul, and Spirit. If my story, or my experience, or my knowledge can help anyone, I want to share it. My heart for you, is that by having met me that there may be a small part of what I bring to you that may in some way impact and empower your life.
About us…
Joe and I met in 1989 at my aunt’s hair salon in Tennessee. Joe thought he was passing through town from Florida for a quick haircut but didn’t realize he was there to meet his future wife! Over 35 years later, we have a beautiful family and grandchildren with a goal of loving others and enjoying life to the fullest, all while embracing the many exciting adventures along the way!
